New Level - Deadly Honeypot

Added a new level - Deadly Honeypot. It lures the enemy robots out of the player's way with two flags that they can't safely reach.
Also fixed a bug with the enemy goalfinding, which made them think that diagonal paths counted when determining the closest cells to the flag. This will significantly increase their intelligence on the Maze level.
