Player/Creature Names

Updated with some more polish:

• Added proper names for all the monsters
• Added ability for players to choose their own name (which appears in some messages)
• Added additional help screen to explain learning runes
• Will no longer explode out of a single executable - its all in a zip file now.

Bugfixes:

• Attempted performance improvements
• Fixed display of "Enemy Visible" message when walk is interrupted
